Gavin Margetson
Gavin Margetson is an international commercial arbitrator and dispute resolution lawyer based in Singapore.
He has specialised in international arbitration for over 25 years, acting as lead counsel in complex, high value disputes
and more recently sitting as arbitrator.

| 2014 | Relocated to Southeast Asia where he oversaw Herbert Smith Freehills' Bangkok office. |
| 2017 | Consolidated his practice in Singapore, first at BCLP and then at Mishcon de Reya. |
| 2025 | Joined Charles Russell Speechlys to spearhead the international arbitration practice. |
Gavin is qualified in England & Wales and is called to the Singapore Bar.
He speaks English and is conversant in Japanese.
